Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions applicable to all bookings made via MoroccanMirageTours.com.
DEFINITIONS
“Moroccan Mirage Tours,” “us,” “our,” or “we” refers to Moroccan Mirage Tours SARL, a company operating under current Moroccan legislation.
“Customer” refers to the individual responsible for payment for the Booking.
“Passengers,” “Travelers,” “Guests” refer to all individuals, named or unnamed, on the Booking.
“You” or “your” refers to any customer or passengers named on a Booking.
“The Transport Operator” refers to the professional transportation service provider executing the transfer.
“Booking” refers to the booking for services made with us.
“Confirmation Voucher,” “Booking Voucher,” “Reservation” refers to the written confirmation of the Booking sent to you via email.
“Terms” refers to these terms and conditions.
“Website” refers to MoroccanMirageTours.com or any other website owned or operated by us.
ONLINE BOOKING PROCEDURE
The person making the Booking must be at least 14 years old, provide accurate and complete details during the booking process, and ensure full payment.
A contract with Moroccan Mirage Tours SARL becomes legally binding only when you receive your transfer voucher via email. If we can’t provide the requested services, we’ll inform you and refund the full amount through the original payment method, without any further liability on our part.
You must acknowledge all our notifications. However, if you don’t acknowledge an email, our email server records will serve as proof of receipt.
The Booking confirmation must be presented to the driver or guide either as a printed copy or a digital screenshot on a mobile device.
Minors (persons under the age of 18) are prohibited from booking services with us. They must be accompanied by an adult passenger during travel. If a minor has made a Booking, their parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult should contact us immediately to cancel the registration.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments through bank transfer and PayPal. PayPal payments are only possible for bookings exceeding a certain amount. Prices are listed and charged in Euros, Moroccan Dirhams, or British Pounds.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We offer free cancellations for bookings cancelled 48 hours in advance, with a full refund.
